All staff there is very friendly. This is my second time in the last 30 days. We take the grandkids. I’ve never had any issue. But front desk staff and bar staff is amazing!

There is no shower door-- the floor got soaked and then was slippery. I have 2 small chicldren that slipped and fell. No room phone to call front desk. The water park was not open and the lap pool had chipped paint in the water. The carpet in the main entranced was soiled-- not a good first impression walking in. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful.

Staff seemed bothered by helping. Hotel was clean but kind of run down. Did not know the water park hours of operation until after we booked.

The staff was fine. Although a maid opened the door in the early evening the first night. Someone else opened it the next morning. The big pool is only open Friday nights and Saturdays. Hotel was probably amazing at one time. It either needs torn down or completely remodeled. It is definitely showing major signs of wear.

The TV wasn’t working. The maintenance man was super nice, but couldn’t fix it without moving us rooms which we didn’t think was worth it. The waterpark was never functioning either day that we were there even though the hours indicated it should’ve been. There weren’t people at the front desk when we needed things throughout various times of the day. Stains in the carpet.

员工粗鲁不专业,房间价格不合理,淋浴没有热水,泳池区域没有毛巾。这是我第二次糟糕的体验,晚上10点后才到,入住时却受到了粗暴的对待,我真想开车两个小时回家,而不是在这里过周末,让我的孩子们失望。选择继续住在这里真是个错误的决定。
