1 room heater wasnt working-maintenance came and changed battery still didnt work, key card quit workng in the other room. Remote didnt turn on or off the tv toilets were loose- when sitting down it falls forward when getting up it falls backwards, breakfast wasnt ideal either. There wasnt any kind of eggs,bacon,toast. There was just waffels, ceral and some yogurt.
Staff was great tho

Overall very disappointing. They switched rooms on me. My key stopped working 3 times. The restaurant was deserted. My bathroom door latch was broken. The microwave was broken. Bathroom exhaust wasn’t running. Snow wasn’t shoveled. The television always started on the setup menu. Wi-Fi kicked me off and made me re-accept terms at least twice daily. The shower faucet leaked and the hot water wasn’t ever hot. The exterior door was ajar for 3 days straight.

Thankful for a place for the family to stay. However, many issues which would prevent us from ever returning or recommending to others.
Water park - Closed during the week
Pool - Cold
Hot tub - Luke warm
Showers - Cold water and no curtain or door to close area off to prevent water from coming out.
Private bathroom - small areas of mold and rust on ceiling.
Arcade - Few machines not working and multiple times card taking money without allowing us to play game.
Main (public) bathrooms - couple sinks not working
Breakfast - very limited supply
Fitness center - treadmills not fully functioning

They did not have two room reservations upon arrival. Just one. Thank God they were able to accommodate. Water slides and hot tub not working. The staff was very friendly and they were awesome.

The waterpark was a joke. 1 pool open slides down. Hot tub cold and slippery.
Tv didn't work in our room.

Room need hot water, staff should not tell guest upon checking that running the water for 10 minutes before showering might get the hot water faster. And this happens a lot on Saturdays.

No rooms were available at 4 when I tried to check in. It was a b day for my kids. Very disappointed
