Upon arrival to the room to take a shower there was mold
and no shower head. After speaking with the staff Tesu. She showed lack of concern about the condition of the room 204. When asked to relocate. She gave us 221 which also had mold and the ceramic flooring was cracked. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed he would not be in until Monday. She requested that I move to another hotel. There was also a roach seen prior to leaving. The room also smelled of stuffy smoke.

The room was clean no problem with noise staff were courteous and check in & out was quick. Breakfast was pretty basic. Overall was a pleasant stay.

这家酒店和周边地区都一样让人作呕。除非万不得已，否则我绝不建议任何旅客住在哈迪维尔。房间里一股烟味，而且全是蟑螂。我来自佛罗里达，知道偶尔见到一只成年蟑螂，尤其是在一楼，是很常见的事。但房间里竟然有小蟑螂——这明显就是大量滋生的迹象。我们立刻离开了，并要求退款，但因为经理不在，我们被告知第二天再打来。巧合的是，我两次打电话他都不在，但前台服务员向我保证会给我退款。我等了5天退款也没到账，最后只好向银行申请拒付。
