One of the cleanest hotels I've been in. There was an issue with the shower and the water only being luke warm, but that was a mixer valve issue that i told them about so they can fix it. The water in the sink was hot. I did not appreciate the "either you pay a $50 deposit on the room or a $5 immediate charge for housekeeping fees. That is ridiculous as the cleaning is not an extra fee unless you tear the room up etc.
Clean room, nice helpful folks, would rather the location was better, but that cant be helped.

The breakfast was donuts, yogurt, and juice. So don't expect anything fancy. But we were in town for a beer festival, so just one night. So for our purpose, the hotel was fine. I'd stay again.

The room was stinky with cigarette smoke. It was clean and convenient. There was no art on the walls which I found kind of strange.

The evening desk clerk was so personable and helpful. It's an older hotel but remodeled/updated. The location is somewhat sketchy but there were no issues. I have no complaints.

A cheaper stay which one can appreciate. There is a 1.5 inch gap between the door and floor which was a little weird and uncomfortable but overall a decent stay for the price.

The property was clean and quiet. However, the TV did not work, and the air conditioner (an old wall unit) did not cool the room at all and was extremely noisy. I finally turned it off and opened the window after dark (I was on the second floor). It helped cool the room and was quiet, so I did get some sleep. Breakfast did not open til 7:30 and that was after the time I needed to leave. The desk clerk did let me grab a yogurt and a couple bottles of water to take with me.

Frustrated
We ended up not staying or checking into room. Air conditioner did not work & there was a horrible smell. I booked this not able to know this was going to be the condition of the room. No other room was offered & I am asking for a full refund.
