Staff was great! Unfortunately, the pool was not usable, which was a big reason we opted for this location and the rooms didn’t get cleaned completely.

I was very impressed with the efficient check-in and check-out and the courteous staff.
I had a large room and it met my needs, with a microwave oven and a refrigerator, which I did not use. The breakfast area was clean and food items were replenished quickly by an efficient staff. I stayed in a Cleveland area hotel in August which was dirty, well used, no breakfast and cost 3 times more for one night. So this location, close to I-75 ( but no road noise) and many restaurants and amenities, was a real bargain. Already looking forward to my next business trip to Troy!

It was a good stay we have recently lived in Tipp so we know the area but we have a baby and there was a lot of nosies and the person above us was nonstop stomping and running at 2:30AM till about 4AM witch was not fun with a baby and not being able to sleep.

Had difficulty adding an extra night to my stay - front desk unable to help me.
Also, the front desk asked in the early morning if I wanted my room cleaned that day and I said yes, but it was not cleaned.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Nice clean updated room. Awesome breakfast. King bed. Great price. Friendly polite staff. They did seem a little under staffed for the amount of guests but the staff did their best and appologized for any wait time at check in (which wasn't unreasonably long)

太糟糕的经历了！我们开了一段很长的车，带着孩子，晚上11点左右到达酒店，结果却发现他们把双人房超售了，我们预订过的房间没了。他们只提供了一张特大号床和一张沙发床，这和我们付钱预订的完全不符。在我们之前，有大约10个人也刚到，看起来酒店是为了给他们更好的优惠——5个房间对我们一个房间。酒店这种行为太不道德了。我们每次入住假日酒店的经历都很糟糕，以后再也不会住这些酒店了。
