The room was dark and needed better lighting. The light in the toilet/shower area was flickering, possibly a short or loose wire. We had to leave early and didn't have a chance to relay the flickering light issue to the staff. Also the 2nd floor railing outside our room #208 seemed wobbly and needed to be stabilized.

No staff on grounds. We were unable to check into our room. Called every number available, no answer. Ended up sleeping in our vehicle in the front parking lot.

No air conditioning and a fan in the window and did not feel safe due to not being able to lock the window and there was a lot of traffic in the parking lot of the hotel.

Wonderful setting and very quiet. Beautiful view and cool temps on the Mountain View side. Even though short staffed very prepared and welcoming.

We did not get a king bed as reserved. The facility is run down and the entrance to the facility was blocked by a guy working on a motorcycle. No AC and no screen on window. Floor tile in shower very slippery

The bathroom faucet was leaking, the towel I used for my shower had a bit of mold on it. Could use some bleach. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

Forst room we checked into was not clean because of the new house keeper. Staff apologized and upgraded our stay. Staff was kind and understanding. There is a $190 pending charge on my card that seems to be a reoccurring problem with that system.

Doesn’t look like the pictures on the website. Parking lot so full of holes it was hard to park. No one in the lobby to check us in - or the two people waiting before us. Bed comfortable, however: tv didn’t work, refrigerator missing, no ice in ice machine, no phone, no coffee maker. Would never ever stay again.
