Great stay, everything was clean, plenty of shampoo, body wash and lotion, even had conditioner. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and protein items. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The location of the hotel looked a little suspect upon arrival, but inside it's clean, quiet and up to date. It came with a free breakfast (waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc.). The location is conveniently located to explore the Black Hills area (easy access to Sturgis (5 minutes to downtown), the interstate highway, to Deadwood (15-20 minutes), and about 35 minutes from Rapid City which leads to Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Badlands National Park.

There is no elevator at this hotel and the only room they could put us in was on the 2nd floor. I was there with my elderly father and he had a lot of issues getting up and down the stairs. Having to carry our bags up and down stairs really ******. When we were getting ready to check out in the morning, around 8am, I got my Dad and our bags out to car, I went back to do one last walk thru the room & use bathroom again before getting on the road, and it had already been cleaned. The hotel staff were foreigners who barely spoke English, they had been cleaning other rooms as I was carrying out our bags. When I asked why room had been cleaned when I had not checked out and we were not done with room, they kept repeating “it okay, no problem” Overall it was a very bad experience, would never stay there again.
