We were informed upon arrival that the elevator was broken and if we didn't want to climb the stairs we could stay at a sister hotel beside ours. That hotel has smaller rooms and less amenities. No discount was offered. No notice of the broken elevator was given until checking in.

First room assigned was a pig sty. Second room was clean. The WiFi internet was terrible kept getting knocked caked off and logging on with windows laptop was horrible. 2 meg download with .05 upload. WiFi needless to say was not good

Room was very clean, the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the elevator was down so I had to use the stairs & I was on the 3rd floor. Other than that the stay was great! Will definitely be coming back when I take my annual trip to Anderson.

Have the elevators working and if you offer to put me in another hotel how about making it an upgrade instead of one that is worse and more broke down than yours.

The staff were terrific and welcoming. Our room was clean, but had too much cleaning product odor. At lease we knew it was clean. I don't like toxic cleaning chemicals in the air. The bed was comfy and we slept well.

So the friendly staff and delicious breakfast and comfy room was amazing! The only issue was the elevator doesn’t work (to no fault of the staff). Will definitely be back!
