Parking was good. Location good, easy walking distance to Starbucks and other fast food. Internet was the worst I’ve experienced since the dial up days. In my room I couldn't connect with phone, ipad or computer. In the lobby I could connect but it was so slow all I could do was barely check my email. Tyhe front desk couldn’t help. Thankfully Starbucks was only a 5 minute walk. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Hotel was fairly quiet. I have to raye my stay was suboptimal due to their archaic internet.

I had low expectations as I was just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep during my long drive home. The bed was okay so that met my expectations. Definitely run down and definitely no amenities. It was quiet. They have 24/7 on staff so that's a plus, especially for late check in.

The wifi did not work on the top floor. I sustained bug bites of some sort that blistered. Carpets stained throughout the hotel. Nasty!

Courteous check in, aware of our written request for second floor, clean, free parking, safe area, near Starbucks, grocery, restaurants and fuel.

It is not a new property but has been kept up well and many of the furnishings are on the newer side it seems. The safety of the building is important to me as we have two kids and it’s right along I-5, and the doors to get in and out were very secure. The front desk staff was very personable and friendly, and not rude when I asked a stupid question because I was so tired in the morning that I couldn’t figure out how to open the door to get out even though there was an obvious red button that said “exit.” The stay in the room was good despite the immense central valley heat and humidity. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. The only sad part was that there was no breakfast, only coffee and apple juice. I don’t expect it for that price but mistakenly thought from reviews that there would be. But the coffee was pretty good compared to what is in the rooms. Also the soaps and shampoo were nice.

Hotel has changed names, have a small problem with booking the room, hoping travelocity will make it right. Seems to have a new coat of paint and some clean up done, will likely stay here again
