Uncomfortable
The sheets had holes in them, there’s bugs on the floor. My toilet clogged and flooded they gave me two small towel rags to clean the floor. And I had to go pick it up from the front. There’s no maintenance at the facility. I chose a no smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes in the room when walked in. I don’t come to houston often but the reviews were showing good reviews. They had me plunge my own bathroom from flooding and went on the entire floor. Luckily I one urinated. It could’ve been worse if I did more.
