Got to my room and the toilet didnt flush and the sink did not drain. Luckily the lady at the front dest moved me to another room buuuuttt the toilet didnt flush in that room either so i got moved to another room where everthing worked great the door lock was a little busted but it worked. At about 2:45 am some one desided to knock on our door and run away. But besides all of that the 3rd room was pretty clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

Yelling early morning. No instructions on turning on shower. Grab washcloth and twist bottom of tub faucet. Hole kicked in wall by door. YV and phone didn’t work. No dial tone.

Air conditioner was very noisy. Hotel was not busy as all yet the breakfast area was limited and not kept up or stocked . The towels that were swapped out daily turned into the pool towels that are very hard and worn. The bedding was very worn. When checking in the lady stated the room we were to be in had an issue with the remote to where we would have to physically get up to change channels. I asked for a room that had a working remote so she did change the room .

Rudest staff. Requested a late check out of 12 noon day one rude female staff banged on the door requested our towels and said she would bring clean ones. She never brouht towels. Day 2 same Rude staff began banging on door at 1115am demanding to know if we were checking out. Same at 1130 and 1145. 1209 pm as i was leaving the room same witch stormed into the open door yelling " when are '"you people' getting out?" I told her to leave and she continued to be aggressive shouting "you need to leave now you were supposed to get out at 12and its after 12. I told her again to get out so i could get my property. She contunued to yell and be aggressive that she had work to do. As i placed my belongings in my vehicle she was yellong from inside the room " dont ever come back! Your people are not welcome here! Her attack had clear tracial over tones. As a senior citizen with mobility issues, i felt threatened for my safety by this irate staff member. Note: other guests witnessed this verbal attack and i could clearly see other staff still cleaning rooms. As a world traveler i have never experienced such disrespect and humiliating treatment!. This woman has absolutely no business working in hospitality. If this is a sample of service at Wyndam properties i will not continue to patronize their properties and can not in good faith, recommend anyone else stay there.

The bathroom was full of black mold. We were moved to another room and that tube had mold all around it and on the floor. We asked for a refund and went to another hotel. Desk clerk did not give me any cancellation paperwork or any documentation. She said ******* would be sending me an email confirming my refund. Still waiting for ******* to confirm my refund.

Our sink stayed stopped up. Roaches in bathroom area. Rust and mold/ dust all over the bathroom area. Room dehumidifier was not attended before stay and staff were not at all eager to help with anything. They almost seemed annoyed. Except for the gentleman who checked us out. He was nice
毛巾有污渍,我们拿到了一条破了洞的擦手巾。早餐很普通。床铺除非你早上8点前提出要求,否则是不会整理的。
