Checked in late around 830p. First thing i did was take a shower where i stayed to smell mildew. I searched the walls, turned to the back wall and realized there was an old washcloth was. Walked out of the bathroom towards the couch and realized there was popcorn crumbs all over the floor. So i decided to check the bedsheets thinking the room hasn't been cleaned. They appeared to be clean, so we went to sleep. Woke up and my husband went to wash his face but we realized there wasn't another washcloth because the other one was already used by the prior person I'm assuming. The one having in the shower. I've stayed here probably 6 or 7 times and I've never experienced this before, but I'm questioning will we return again. Very disappointing.

Front Desk staff was phenomenal. It was an extremely busy weekend for the hotel. However the staff was accommodating and professional. Hotel is always clean and well maintained.

Our room had a roach in it overall very unclean. The room was even missing a lamp. Staffing, didn’t seem concerned and were very lackadaisical. We could not get into the back entrance, which was closest to our room and the staff did not seem concerned or that it was a very important issue.

We had just got to our room my daughter had to pee and the toliet wouldn’t flush. Then the maintenance guy came and said we had to switch rooms it was loud until 11pm from people outside on the patio swearing too.we also had some guy and a lady that worked there try to come into our room around 930pm apparently no one remembered to switch our room in the computer atleast we had the door stopper up and they couldn’t get in and they woke up my oldest who was already asleep and scared her! Breakfast was good the ladies who were working it were excellent!

Large comfortable room, hot breakfast and restaurants close by. Indoor pool, gym and nice outside area. Ice machines on each floor, and a computer room. I will stay there again .

The people at the desk were very friendly and the room was clean. The only thing we noticed was that the refrigerator still had stuff in it from someone’s previous stay in the room and the microwave could use a little more cleaning.

There were a pair of jeans left in my daughter’s room from the previous traveler. Also, the hot breakfast time ended too early (9:30 am) when compared to other hotels & their breakfast ending time (11am). Also, our room carpet was still dirty…..there were crumbs left on the carpets.

Bright lights
We had been traveling all day and just needed a place to sleep. The bed was pretty comfy for a hotel bed. However, please get some darker curtains. I know bright lights are needed outside but then you have sheer curtains thay let all the bright light from outside in. I couldn’t sleep because I had bright lights in my face. But other than that it , it was just fine.
