No garden tub as promised and paid for! My refrigerator was out on the balcony broken! They put me in a double bed room with broken shower/ faucet. The electric outlets are dangling out of the wall. The water didn’t stay hot! One towel and one roll of toilet paper! Two days and nights were a nightmare!!! The neighbors had barking dogs all night long and the other occupants were up all hours of the nights hollering! Bugs crawling around the floor! No table and chairs ! Everything in the pictures are lies!

Our 1st room the door didn't shut all the way and the bathroom wall plastic was peeling. Our 2nd room the pillows were disgusting, the bathtub was gross, the toilet handle was broken, the sink faucet leaked, the bedside table lamp was broken, and there was no blanket. When we called down to get one the lady at the front desk told me they didn't have anymore. We felt like we needed to go to Walmart and get bed bug spray it was so bad. Find someplace else to stay.

Cleaniess of the room was terrible. The shower had long hairs in it. The toilet wasn't bolted down. I used my rewards points for this stay and they were wasted on this room. The location was great. Staff at check-in was nice but only good thing about the stay

My stay was perfect, as usual. I am a regular at Days Inn and throughout the years I have watched the workers who are still there, really work there butts off to continue improving the place, in a lot of ways. 5 stars to Sammy, George and day shift Kim. They go beyond whats required and are more like family to me. Sammy has always went an extra mile to make sure my needs are met and I have witnessed him do the same for this hotel. Also, love the owners of the hotel. They are nice people too!

Pillows were fluffiest. Please was old but kept up. Excellent motel, great service, polite workers. Located net Intersate 20 between Chattanooga and Birmingham. Parking lot was clean, there is ample parking space for everyone. There is also truck parking.

Room was reasonably clean, but shower was disgusting so we were unwilling to use it. Pool was swamp colored, breakfast was very sparse and we were not comfortable with people in parking lot. We paid way too much for the condition of the room and to be nervous about parking our car there! Keep driving. This is not a place you want to stay!
