Just overall not very clean, smelled like smoke, me and my family left a day early and the front desk ppl wouldn’t even consider giving a partial refund. There is no elevator and dimly lit parking lot, the whole place smelled weird and generally looked dated.

Two old ladies they wanted to put us on third floor no elevator and they wanted to walk up on stair when we having legs problems and on breathing machine

Reason for selection was to let kids use the pool. When arrived discovered pool was closed for the season. There was NO mention that the pool would not be open for our stay when the reservation was made. Staff said they could do nothing to accommodate our complaint.

It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying other than that it was great for my family we appreciate it the breakfast was great and all was good !
