Room was very outdated. Bed was difficult to sleep in as we each rolled to the center of the bed. It was like bed had no center support.

The room was clean and comfortable. We brought our Roku with us to use on the TV which we were able to hook up however the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is really slow so we were unable to use the Roku. The pool was ice cold but the hot tub was nice and warm however the Jets are not very strong. And you don't have to worry about the cleanliness of the pool or hot tub as they use quite a bit of chlorine so prepare to have your eyes burn a little bit. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. And the breakfast was exceptional. There are plenty of things to choose from- cereal, pastries, hot food items such as biscuits sausage and eggs. They also have fruit and juice and yogurt available as well. There are more than enough dining options within a mile of the hotel. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay.

The room was nice, beds comfortable. I was disappointed in not being able to use the pool, it was way too cold.

The room was really clean and the staff was super helpful ensuring they had a pet-friendly room. They messaged me back right away while I was on the road to reassure me. We arrived super late (4 a.m.) because of weather and got checked in so fast! We were exhausted so it was appreciated!

Hot tub wasnt hot enough plus switch was broken and duct taped over. Tile coming apart. Pictures were not like the actual building. Breakfast was very limitied room had drywall missing by window

酒店回复: I PERSONALLY INSPECTED ROOM 205 THIS MORNING , YOU COMPLAINED ABOUT LOOSE TILES I HAVE PICTURES THAT SHOWS THE ROOM IS FULLY CARPETED AND THE ONLY AREA THAT HAS TILES IS THE BATHROOM AND THERE ARE NO LOOSE TILES IN THERE. SO I AM A LITTLE CONFUSED WHY YOU WOULD MENTION THESE ISSUES WHEN IT ALL SEEMS GOOD. YOU MENTIONED DRYWALL MISSING AT THE WINDOW NOT SURE WHICH WINDOW YOU WAS LOOKING AT BUT THE ONLY WINDOW IN THE ROOM IS ON THE WEST END OF THE ROOM AND THAT TO AFTER A THOROUGH INSPECTION SHOWS NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE OR MISSING SHEETROCK.

Great location with lots of local dining options. Check-in was quick and easy. Bathroom was huge and very clean. Very convenient for a stay before a Chiefs game the next day.

No water & their only solution was for us to go to a truck stop to take a shower! Also, they speak sub-par English to customers & another language to each other, in front of the customers. So, were they talking about us, in front of us? Very unprofessional! Black hair on every towel & washcloth & nether of us have black hair. Also, stains (that look like blood) on the sheets & pillowcase. We will definitely never stay here again!

If your single need a clean place to stay it’s nice, condition of room: carpet pulling away from wall, shower head was leaking, lams rapped in plastic, sheets and towels were nice, staff seemed friendly.

I was yelled at by the owner “for being late” I arrived at 8:15pm. I said I would pay at the hotel, he told me had I been 10 minutes later he would cancel me, like he did the last lady and there weren’t any rooms around available. His senate said there were 3. 2nd I paid for a suite with a bedroom that had a door on it as I brought my 2 teenage children and MY BOYFRIEND!!! The room was one large room with a king and queen next to each other.. and a65 in tv 3 feet from a 55 in tv?!?!?!? How do you watch two tvs at one time?!? 3 feet from each other? The tin didn’t hold water, so the JET bath just continually drained. The hot tub was “broke” and with warm, had no jets. The pool housed no towels and the vending machine didn’t open fat snuck to retrieve purchases. When asked for help the same man said “I don’t own that”. I was asked to give a cash deposit at I didn’t have a credit card. Fine, but at check out I said I was ready and he simply said “ok, bye”. I had to remind him of my deposit and he then asked for my receipt, which I had.. and that took another 10 minutes to complete. A cash deposit, a $100 bill I gave him. I was given my $100 back in multiple bills. He paper clipped my room number to my deposit. Then after all that he asked w to give him a good review so other would stay. Absolutely not! Not what I paid for, yelled at for being late?? To a hotel?? I’m loyally throwing my hands up.
