The room was clean , but the maintenance was shabby. Looks like all the repairs and touch ups were done by non-professionals.

Bed was only a full size; room was very small. Lobby area was dirty; computer check-in system was down when we got there.

Sorry for any inconvenience but you had booked a QUEEN size room and the bed was a QUEEN size bed and not full size bed. If you need room with bigger space and bed you could have booked either a QUEEN SUITE or DELUXE KING. We clean the lobby and breakfast area everyday but the motel was sold out and it was raining. The check-in system was down everywhere and not just our property. I am saddened to hear that we were not able to meet your expectations. The room was very hot when we arrived and took all night to cool down. The tub was so dirt it had a stained ring around it. The shower curtain was also stained in the same area as the tub ring.
We did not take showers due to the filthe.

The front door is broken, the vending machine broken, the hotel hallways were hot and humid, room was extremely hot when we got there. The linens had stains, cigeretted burn hole in one of the sheets, no one ever there to greet you.
