Room was clean. There were two types of pillows hard and soft, which was great. Pool area was super clean. Staff was very friendly and eager to help!

Construction going on was quite noisy during the day. A/C was not controlled from in the room and wifi did not reach to our room most the time. Staff were amazing pool was good. Wish it was deeper.

我们入住期间非常愉快，房间干净豪华，工作人员热情友好。
一周内两次入住这家酒店。第一次入住时没有热水，水龙头和浴缸里流出的水都是脏兮兮的棕色水。我打电话给前台，他们说知道这个问题，但工作人员在办理入住时并没有告知我。我们不得不买瓶装水来刷牙。工作人员没有道歉，虽然我要求管理层联系我，但没有人打电话或尝试联系我，也没有得到任何补偿。一周后，我再次入住，并在预订前一天打电话询问热水/脏水问题是否已解决。他们向我保证问题已经解决，不会再出现这种情况。办理入住后，我去了房间，却发现房间里有一张纸条，上面写着热水有问题，请客人将热水龙头开着至少15分钟，以便热水能够输送到房间。
早上洗热水澡时，我很高兴终于有了热水，虽然洗澡过程中热水时断时续，但洗完后才发现水槽里流出来的水是脏的，这让我很失望。洗完澡后我才发现这一点。我又一次不得不使用瓶装水刷牙。
床很舒服，但酒店的枕头和床单需要更换。枕头有点扁塌，而且凹凸不平，床单也粗糙不平。空调噪音太大，我不得不把它关掉才能睡觉。
床很舒服。我的房间在楼的后面，所以听不到酒店前面的交通噪音。走廊的地毯有几处破损，但很干净。我每次来这个城市都会住这里。很喜欢酒店里有East Side Marios餐厅，非常方便，而且餐厅也很棒。
