Clean room friendly staff and great location. Only thing wrong was the idea of not being able to pay cash for a bottle of water. Not everyone likes to use a visa or debit card everywhere.

I really liked that we had two children under the age of 12 with us and they could eat free and had a great menu for kids. This was a big benefit to us. The pool and slide was great too

一周内两次入住这家酒店。第一次入住时没有热水，水龙头和浴缸里流出的水都是脏兮兮的棕色水。我打电话给前台，他们说知道这个问题，但工作人员在办理入住时并没有告知我。我们不得不买瓶装水来刷牙。工作人员没有道歉，虽然我要求管理层联系我，但没有人打电话或尝试联系我，也没有得到任何补偿。一周后，我再次入住，并在预订前一天打电话询问热水/脏水问题是否已解决。他们向我保证问题已经解决，不会再出现这种情况。办理入住后，我去了房间，却发现房间里有一张纸条，上面写着热水有问题，请客人将热水龙头开着至少15分钟，以便热水能够输送到房间。

床很舒服，但酒店的枕头和床单需要更换。枕头有点扁塌，而且凹凸不平，床单也粗糙不平。空调噪音太大，我不得不把它关掉才能睡觉。
床很舒服。我的房间在楼的后面，所以听不到酒店前面的交通噪音。走廊的地毯有几处破损，但很干净。我每次来这个城市都会住这里。很喜欢酒店里有East Side Marios餐厅，非常方便，而且餐厅也很棒。
