Just want to say that staff were great.. as for the hotel.. Room smelled a little funny. Shower/tub water didn’t turn off entirely. Elevator broke for a little so stairs only, which isn’t a big deal. It wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best.

The hotel definitely just needs some small upgrades. There was a smell throughout. The elevator was making a very loud and concerning noise. The stairs were not very secure.

This hotel is really decent to stay at. I was in town for my class reunion and defended to stay here. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I will stay here again when visiting.

Breakfast was good, sausage, boiled & Scrambled eggs, yogurt, waffels, muffins. Iced lemon water in lobby at all times. Friendly staff, convenient location. Elevator needs a good maintenance though

工作人员很好。我通过 ******** 预订了房间，并支付了费用，准备和我的孙女一起去。她很期待游泳池，但游泳池坏了，所以他们告诉我可以取消预订，但我必须通过 ******* 才能拿回我的钱，所以我说好的，然后我在离市区较近的地方预订了一个房间，因为这家酒店比我想要的要远一点，所以当 ******* 试图给我退款时，酒店拒绝了，所以我损失了钱。这让我通过 ******* 预订酒店损失的钱翻了一番。我一直通过 ******* 享受到优质的服务，但最近我不会向任何人推荐他们。

房间里充满霉味，闻起来有霉点，而且我们入住前没有打扫。水槽排水很慢，地板很湿。
