Quiet & restful & clean - appears to be under appreciated in an area of Gresham that's well located; as it was not busy at all (we stayed Monday-Wednesday). Staff was pleasant & efficient. Our room, pool/spa areas & breakfast areas were clean & quiet. Breakfast was not anything special but server at breakfast went out of his way to be welcoming & helpful. Looks like maybe they need to better market their capacity & location?? We were overall pleased with our stay... and to be honest, glad it was quiet.

Beautiful property in great location. 20 minutes from PDX airport. Close to Mt Hood. Exterior is beautiful and very inviting. Rooms look brand new. Friendly staff greeted us and gave dinner recommendations. 5 star hotel all the way around. Our king suite was very spacious. Property exceeded our expectations for a Quality inn. Very reasonable for the area. Highly recommend this property.

Clean, basic facilities with friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. We checked in near midnight, but the friendly counter staffer was wide awake and on the ball. Key cards to let you in/out of your room and elevator. Our room had a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and the sink is outside of the toilet shower/tub. TV, desk, chairs, ironing board w/iron, instant coffee, drawers, window with curtains. The ice machine was broken and a sign directed us to the next floor. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, which my wife truly liked. Corn Flakes and Froot Loops, 2% milk, apples, hard boiled eggs, Dannon yogurts and faux butter, toast your own English muffins, OJ, AJ, chocolate muffins, serve yourself. Well-lit room, spacious, comfortable, outlets, mirrors, phone. No guest info book. We'd stay again. Not expensive. Plenty of parking. The main road outside was just repaved. Less than 15 minutes from the airport, but outside of more expensive Portland. Dated carpet. Towels,, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, A/C-heat.

Perfect room for couple traveling with elderly mother. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and typical for motel fare (did not remember to take photos of the breakfast area). The only issue is that we selected this motel specifically due to onsite laundry facility. The facility was out of order and had to drive 2 miles to off-site laundromat, If this is important for a traveler, call the motel to confirm. Would stay again if in the area.

You can tell that once upon a time this was a nice place. Large clean lobby, nice reception desk. But it ended there. One elevator was out of service, and by the condition of the signs it had been that way for awhile. I had to use my key card to operate the other elevator, elevator, and it was so difficult to use I finally took the stairs. The carpets in the hallway were torn and wrinkled, and way past their useful life. The corridors were dimly lit and depressing. I booked a single queen which was tiny, tiny! The TV had a big vertical line in it, an obviously malfunction. Breakfast room was nice and spacious, and obviously used to be an actual restaurant. Breakfast choices were DIY waffles or cereal. This is not a place I would stay in again, and would not recommend it.

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area and were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was very gracious in responding to our every need, and with facilities for laundry, workout, and swimming it had all we could have wanted. The only possible improvement would have been a more extensive breakfast selection, but with a generous sized mini frig and microwave in the room we were able to do our own thing for breakfast easily. Would certainly stay again.

When booking over the phone pet friendly does NOT mean pet friendly. Max weight is 25lbs was NOT informed but was denied my room upon arrival. ESA/SA does not matter. They will deny entry. Rude staff like I did it on purpose even though I booked 20 minutes prior to arrival and brought her in through the front door. I paid for a pet friendly room. I don’t see why a weight size matters
