horrible place to stay. owner was running a gas blower from 5:30-8:00 a.m. non stop!!! i finally yelled to shut the blower off and it stopped for a few minutes then started right back up. breakfast was a joke. eggs were still frozen then while using microwave to heat them up it tripped the circuit breaker. mayonnaise was spoiled and super tangy tasting,. bread was stale with some mold on it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

We were honestly disappointed what we thought was a nice and formal place to stay. First start off was the area was next to a freeway so you will be here in a lot of noise. Second room smell like cigarette third there seem to be long-term residence that had been living there so the area seemed a little bit sketchy. There was no cable TV just local channels and most of the channels you cannot even see the beds were missing the headboards. The bathrooms were seriously disgusting. They were stains and the bathtub just looked out of date. And all overall it was just a horrible experience that we witness upon getting the rooms and they told us to do that. There were no single king-size beds that they were only queen sizes doubles. Also, they did not have any do not disturb signs so it seemed relatively unsafe and uncomfortable for someone to enter the room without giving a proper notice.

Not What It Seems — Be Cautious Booking Here This hotel is now called Rancho Cordova Inn, and it is no longer affiliated with any major brand, even though older reviews and photos on TripAdvisor suggest otherwise. It looks like those reviews reflect a time when the property was under different management or ownership. Here’s my experience: No free breakfast — just coffee, which I personally chose not to drink. Only local TV channels — no cable. The environment doesn’t feel like a typical hotel; there appear to be long-term residents. There was no hair dryer, no headboard, and the walls are bare. I found leftover trash between the bed from a previous guest. The toilet on the third floor was leaking into the wall — clearly not a new issue. The walls are thin — I could hear both neighbors and traffic. Heating didn’t work; the AC unit was weak. The $200 deposit was concerning — mine changed from “pending” to a charge, and I’m still waiting for a refund days later. This experience felt misleading from start to finish. I urge other travelers to check recent reviews only, and be cautious — this hotel no longer reflects the standards you'd expect from a branded property
