The hotel looks seemed nice and modern, however they had some maintenance that they conducted from 8pm to almost midnight that was not very ideal. The cleaning was ok and the lady in charge was very friendly. The room itself was clean but unfortunately I have to say we got bed bugs. I guess the beds were not disinfected and now I have to disenfect my whole house.
They were not very prepared of you have a small baby or toddler. Even though they had a crib the person that brought it didn’t even provided the bedding for it, and when ask she gave us just a big sheet. The breakfast was alright.
I guess the most annoying thing when you stay at an hotel is getting bed bugs! First time this happened to me though.

Check in process was very inconvenient. Staff was not friendly. Room had a high pitched noise that would keep sounding keeping us up at night.

Staff was not very friendly when checking in. Standing there holding all our stuff. Requesting car, make, model, license plate. I can understand the car make and model but making someone go out to car three times when you’re arriving late and the place is clearly not fully filled was a bit frustrating. There was also a high pitched alarm sound that kept us up throughout the night. After being a very loyal customer here for many stays I think we will look elsewhere next time.

Newly remodeled modern style rooms. Good breakfast selection. Staff was friendly. Parking can be challenging, due to a small lot, with parking partially under the hotel. Overall nice stay.

Room was very clean. All the staff we encountered very friendly and nice. Also, loved that you entered your room through the main hallway of the hotel. We were on the 4th floor and the view was amazing.

I did not get the room I paid for and it wasn’t anything like the picture of it and the walls are so thin you can hear every little sound that is made I would not recommend this to nobody
