The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A good breakfast was provided daily. The hotel is located near shopping and restaurants. The only downside is that the parking is tight for large vehicles. Would stay here again.

This hotel is on a property that is too small for the building.
The parking is very limited, as it is mostly underneath the building which is supported by 3 foot diameter concrete posts on a side hill. The posts take up a lot of space from the parking spaces.
We stayed for 6 nights. There is basically no ventilation in the rooms. It was a hot week ( high 80’s ). We went out for the day and set the a/c at 68. When we got back around 11 pm the room was as damp as a cave. The bedding was wet and the clothes in our suitcases were wet when we unpacked at home 6 days later.
We tried the breakfast on 2 days. It is basic and was short of most items with an hour left to go.
The front desk staff are friendly enough but the cleaning staff were too busy on their phones to even apologize when they hit your legs with the laundry cart getting off the elevator. We had stayed here 2 years ago because it is convenient to walk to the LaConte center, and that was why we chose it again. We will not be back.

They messed up our reservations and told us the manager called us because they didn’t have the room we booked. (Why? Yet didn’t call) and we cancelled our room. Said our card was declined yet charged our card! Started a new booking for friends but to start a new booking for us would be $200 more! Busy weekend and many places full, they really left us in a terrible bind. Will never stay there!

Staff was really friendly. The room was quiet but the air was damp in it and the hall way. They need a dehumidifier on the 3 rd floor. We left early because it aggravated my allergies in the worst way.

Floor felt sticky. Parking is tight. Forced to park close to poles. If you have a big vehicle you better check in early so you can get a spot. Not necessarily the hotel fault but there was a lot of noise very early in the morning. Kids running and screaming. Felt like housekeeping couldn’t wait for us to get out as they had a cart parked next to our room by 9:30 am.

Nice room just off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge.
We thought our room was very nice. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom was smaller than I thought it would be. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and hot daily breakfast. Lots of variety of hot and cold foods and drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would stay here again.

Hotel staff were excellent, good location. Very clean rooms; advertised queen beds, not; full beds at best, very uncomfortable. Parking was not easy or good; large concrete pillars took up most of the parking spaces available. Upon checkout, we were charged almost $300 extra because the room/s (we had 2 booked) wasn't completely charged at check-in; when I called to inquire, they had to refund me over half of that money back. Not good practice financially.

Facility was clean & staff was super nice & accommodating. Nice little breakfast in the mornings. Close enough to the main ***** to walk to local restaurants & shopping. Only con was parking, hotel is kinda on the edge of a hill & has round pillars in the middle of some parking spots so it was a little difficult to maneuver in & out of.
