0 of of 5 stars. Don’t let the photos fool you, this hotel looks NOTHING like them. The photos show a decent hotel. I’ve staid in third-world countries with nicer accommodations. The room was dirty…hair and trash everywhere and the floors were so filthy we bought socks to wear and throw away. After one day the socks were black and we were only in the room long enough to sleep. The entire exterior is stained, dirty, and has trash everywhere. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and calling the two tiny lumps of cotton “pillows” was generous. The beds also squeaked loudly with any movement. You can see through the exterior door when it’s closed, so forget about safety or any sound proofing. You hear everything and everyone. The bathroom door didn’t close either. The pool has brown water and grass growing through the concrete. It’s obvious it hasn’t functioned in a long time. And the hot tub is cemented in. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place. Forget five stars, on a scale of 1,000 I’d still give it a ZERO. No towel service, each day we had to go to the office for clean towels. We used the old ones to cover the dirty floor.

The rooms were dirty , one room had cockroaches and the other had no towels and the floor was oily, also one bed had a hair on it The outside doors were so dirty a the curtains too. Trash outside on the parking lot. A disaster to be honest. The only thing is the location not besides that nothing positive .

Very disappointed with this property. First thing we had to do was spray air freshener cause the room smelled horrible. Family of six and only had 4 towels. No toiletries at all. The bathroom was a disaster. Tub was dirty and can tell its been patched. Shower curtain had holes in it. Beds not comfortable. Couldnt even get the tvs to work. Only good thing was the air conditioner worked well. Would not recommend in the least. Spend your money elsewhere

Absolutely horrible… first we booked this hotel due to the breakfast.. (they now changed the ad to light breakfast) come to find out all we get was a granola bar. First room the door didn’t lock at all. (We have a child with us) worker didn’t understand why I wanted a new room. Finally gave us a new room. There were ants everywhere, tub didn’t drain, let us with one roll of toilet paper and half a used roll. (We were there for 6days) there were people smoking every where even tho we signed a thing stating non smoking grounds. We ended up checking out early due to the non sense. We paid extra for this hotel due to the breakfast and ended up losing out. Wouldn’t give us a refund. Just overall disgusting hotel.

The toilet was dirty, there was stuff dried on the headboard and was flaking off onto the mattress, and looked like bed bugs. The curtains was very dirty, the refrigerator was filthy on outside. Bathtub drain was missing and looked nasty. When we left and came back later someone was in our room, in which some of our things were stolen. The front desk barely answered the phone and wasn't friendly at all.

我们参加的活动就在这家汽车旅馆的会议中心举行，所以很自然地就选择了住在这里。开车前往鸽子谷（Pigeon Forge）的路上，我们还期待着能在旅馆泳池里好好游个泳。结果到了那里，泳池的水竟然是绿色的，而按摩浴缸里那点残留的水，颜色更绿。房间天花板上有黑色的霉斑，导致我们中的一个人第二天就生病了。地板也脏得要命。床单下面的床垫保护罩上全是严重的污渍。浴缸踩上去感觉就像下面藏了个人似的——不平整，非常凹凸不平，踩着很奇怪。浴室墙壁上还有可疑的棕色污渍。我身高1米57，淋浴间的顶棚低得离谱，我敢肯定任何身高超过1米68的人洗澡时都会撞到头。我提前支付了140美元，两人住一晚。大堂里，那两个明显对工作感到厌烦、在折叠桌前给我们办理入住手续的人，似乎不仅没有我的预订记录，从其他入住客人的抱怨来看，他们也没有其他人的预订记录。我们住完之后，我在谷歌搜索上看到这家旅馆的房间标价每晚35美元，所以我想我们肯定是由于活动才被抬高了价格，但我仍然感觉被狠狠地宰了一刀，在这样一个肮脏的地方住了糟糕的一晚，而且还不含早餐。唯一值得称赞的是房间里没有烟味。我退房时，在我前面退房的一个男士非常生气和不满，要求提供老板的直接电话。我挺替前台工作人员感到难过的，他肯定每天都要承受顾客的怒气。他看着我，好像也预料到我会像那个人一样发火，但对着一个只是为了工作的人发脾气又有什么意义呢？这都怪高层管理人员，以及可能还有温德姆（Wyndham）公司的政策。千万不要住这家汽车旅馆。
酒店虽然有些年头，但很干净。去加特林堡和烟山公园大道都很方便。房间里设施一应俱全，有迷你冰箱、小咖啡机和吹风机。酒店有电梯可以到二楼和三楼。不过，酒店的两个室外入口之间距离挺远，走起来不太方便。床很舒服。房间里有平板电视，但遥控器坏了。我们想给前台打电话，结果电话也打不通。当我们去前台告诉他们时，他们竟然说不知道房间里有电话。他们给了我们一个新遥控器，结果还是不能用。房间里只有一条洗脸巾和一条浴巾，不过我们去前台要的时候，他们又多给了我们几条。空调效果很好。泳池开着，但没有像广告里说的那样是恒温的。
性价比高，环境还不错，挺好的
