Toilet barely worked and fridge was broken. Luckily we were only staying one night. Room wasn’t ready when we got there either.

Room was great-parking was always easy and conv. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was my 3rd time staying here and was again a wonderful experience.

The room was clean and neat. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. I ate in the restaurant for dinner; the waitress who was new got me the wrong order. the breakfast bar and offerings were pretty unappealing. It looked like there was no staff to fun it and the food was minimal. The room itself was sunny and pleasant.

Strong odour of smoke. Separate buildings with rooms. Building 3 does not have a secure locking door to building (looks like it’s been smashed off) and is at the far end of the property. Two females travelling and no one else in building and didn’t feel safe. Main building is a bit better and bed was clean, but still musty smell and older amenities/carpet. Staff were quick to help as best as they could and really great. No complaints on staff!

The gym was closed during my stay and the indoor pool was unheated/freezing. Other then those two things, it was a nice stay.
