Cons - I am disabled and there was no disabled access. All first floor rooms must be accessed by an 8 inch step up to a sidewalk. There is no ramp or railing. TV/DISH network did not work would not turn on and there was no remote. Furniture appeared to be second hand and in very rough condition. Sheets and blankets were not clean and I found a seedless watermelon sticker on the blanket when I unmade the one bed. Bathroom was filthy and there was used bar of soap, half roll of toilet paper, brown roaches. Fixtures looked like they'd never been cleaned. Bathroom door so big it hit the side of the toilet and therefore would not close for privacy.
Pros - Easy check in. AC worked great. Easy check out leaving key in room. No extra charge for pets. Parking right in front of room.
Overall the Cons far outweigh the Pros. IMO this place is more suited for local long term rentals. Not for those traveling through who want a clean comfortable safe place to stay for the night.

It was a very cheap hotel but sufficed for one night. The towels couldn’t get any thinner
