Breakfast wasnt fresh and the yogurt was expired. The room we stayed in had a hole in the wall of the shower, and holes on the chair in the room aswell. The reason we stayed is because the snow storm and when i went outside i slid and almost fell because not one employee Actually shoveled or laid salt down. This is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. And when i spoke to the front desk about slipping and almost falling they dismissed me and my concerns saying someone was back there currently shoveling. After i checked out, i drove around the parking lot AGAIN, and low and behold no one was shoveling or salting.

The rooms were dirty and the power went out in my room. The receptionist wasn't friendly; I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Room was nice, breakfast was decent. The lady had no hesitation giving us a late check out since we checked in so late.

There were cockroaches in my first room. Thankfully, the staff was able to switch me to another room, but I was distraught to see them in the first place.

Dirty towels in room, asked them to come and get them they never did, we were there 3 nights. Hair on pillows, mirror dirty, A/C unit very load, hot tub dirty, waffles were undercooked, sausage tasted bad, always ran out of food.
I stay in Hotels and Air B&B alot, unfortunately we will not stay here again. Price not bad, pool was comfortable, thats about it.
