There were cockroaches in my first room. Thankfully, the staff was able to switch me to another room, but I was distraught to see them in the first place.

Dirty towels in room, asked them to come and get them they never did, we were there 3 nights. Hair on pillows, mirror dirty, A/C unit very load, hot tub dirty, waffles were undercooked, sausage tasted bad, always ran out of food.
I stay in Hotels and Air B&B alot, unfortunately we will not stay here again. Price not bad, pool was comfortable, thats about it.

We specifically booked a handicap-accessible room with a walk-in shower to ensure my husband could maintain his independence while bathing. Instead, we were given a room with a tub, which made it impossible for him to shower on his own. Although we had to specifically request it, the hotel eventually provided a tub chair. However, this did not resolve the core issue – his independence.
I brought the issue to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager, but was told it was too late at night to contact them. The next morning, I followed up again and was told they had called the manager, reached voicemail, and would get back to us. We still have not heard back from the hotel.
The hotel has shown no effort to correct their mistake or acknowledge the impact it had on us. Their lack of communication and accountability is deeply disappointing.

Very limited. If not there by 730 am eggs are gone and not refilled. No bagels. Also did not honor expedias price at the counter. If you dont pay before you get there...no discount.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms ac unit turned off because it had a master temp controller or was just so old that it was on its last leg. The room was 80°+ all day and night. No AC in common spaces and the places smelled like animal urine everywhere. The girl at the front counter for check in was rude and not helpful at all. She seemed bothered by anything and spent all her time speaking on her phone. Pool was freezing and hot tub was cold with no clean towels. This place should probably be condemned.

The beds made a lot of noise like someone was hitting the wall. The ice machine was broken and when it was fixed, there was mold looking stuff on the ice. The food was cold and processed. The eggs were fluffy but very watery not good! The potatoes were not crispy and the sausages looked grayish. Everything looked and tasted microwaved! I had to eat waffles for three days! They ran out of forks and you couldn't take food out of the area.
