The 1st room we were assigned the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The curtains were hanging from the rod. It was bad! They put us in another room where the air worked great, but the bathroom was horrible. You couldn’t let the water run out the spout to check water temp. It only came out the shower head. There was rust in the tub. They need to upgrade the property. On the plus side, the breakfast was great. The front desk staff was accommodating and and friendly.

I’m at this hotel every week and it’s the best deal in town. Very friendly staff, breakfast has a pretty good variety and it’s very quiet. It’s in a good area as well. Plenty of restaurants and Walmart, if you forget something, is right down the road.

A little older, but a good, budget-friendly option
This Comfort Suites was an older location which was a little rough around the edges. The shower pressure wasn't nearly strong enough. All that being said however, the free breakfast was excellent, better than more expensive hotels we've stayed at, and the breakfast staff replaced the servings regularly, which was great! Also, the beds were comfortable. So all in all, if you can look past the older appearance and don't mind a weaker shower stall, this is a very budget friendly option for your family.

Severely DECEIVING. Place is a hazard.
The photos online were not the same as the location. None of it. The building does not even remotely appear to be the same. It has broken and missing parts in the ac units on the outside of the building. There is rust lines just coming down oozing off the walls on the outside. The parking lot was in terrible need of repair. But the inside, OMG the inside.. reeks of mold and mildew. The wallpaper is falling off the walls, the room options that I was shown? Yeah, both rooms had broken furniture. The walls were ALL scuffed, pieces of drywall were just poked out like actual holes in the wall and not to mention the water damage visible. This place was actually seriously so bad that I couldn’t stay here. That tour, was one of what nightmares are created from. Save your money and stay elsewhere please. I immediately asked for a refund, and was told that it’ll have to wait until morning because the “management” was the there at 10 am the next day. Again, I refused stayed here due to the health hazard and awful / terrible conditions of the property. The worker of the front desk said that they did not have access to “third party” stuff to approve my cancellation. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had booking any place.

The hotel does have polices that they have to follow. upon looking at our camera footage from your interaction it is also noted how you all yelled at our front desk agent. This type of behavior we do not tolerate at our property. Have a wonderful blessed day!

Not a good hotel to stay.
I love staying at confort inn but this particular hotel was old, kind of dirty, and even saw one cockroach in my room . Never staying in this particular hotel again.

The room was run down. The chair in my room had no leather/pleather left on it. Why would I pay that rate to have an office chair that looked like it belonged in the dump. I even took photos of it. Everything in that room looked damage, old and worn out.

Great stay again!
We stay here every time we go to San Marcos to see our daughter at school. Yesterday they treated us so nicely. It’s always clean and convenient. Not too expensive not too cheap. We love it.

Hotel had an odor from the time entering the building all the way into the room. The next morning when hospitality services was available the downstairs smelled better but 2nd floor remained with a moldy type odor.
