Very outdated rooms. Beautiful location. Outdoor chairs were dirty. Lots of bird droppings and cob webs all over.

41 Lakefront is a very nice hotel with a beautiful view. Located right on Seneca lake it's conveniently located near many vineyards. There is a wonderful restaurant right on property. I highly recommend staying here when you are in Geneva.

The hotel location is great. Right on the lake and it’s quiet. Parking is easy and walkable along the lake and into Geneva. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant and the service was wonderful. However, it seems the hotel needs to be staffed up to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds.

Room is reasonably clean although slightly outdated.
The shower door is leaky although overall is clean.
The elevator is still out of order.

We would recommend washing the windows of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and looking out at the beautiful view was marred by the bugs on the windows.

The bathroom had a nice mirror but the shower was not usable. The curtain was almost torn off, the tub did not drain. I was only able to take a 6-7 minute shower, my child could not shower.
When i reached out to management they only said " sorry to hear that your unhappy"

Loved being by the lake and next to the welcome center and the state park.
Coffee was not good, but that’s a personal taste.
Dinner menu at hotel was very limited and only changed once a week. No substitutions allowed.
