Only booked at this hotel for the "pool". The "pool" (that is the size of a bathtub) was closed the entire time and never mentioned upon booking or arrival. There was also a dirty towel left on our bathroom floor.

Easy to walk and visit/shop downtown. Staff were courteous and kind. The room was clean and the walkways smelled clean as well. Safe to walk to explore the downtown area of Geneva.

This property was ok. Clean, beautiful views. Everything in the room was low to the ground, though, including the toilet. And the lock on the door to the outside (ground floor) did not seem properly installed. It was just a slide lock that slid across the frame of the door. The bed was hard. On the plus side, they did let us check in a little early, and the staff was gracious.

The Lake view was nice

There was rust in the corner of the showers and around the shower faucet
We barely had warm water to take a shower and we let it run for 15 minutes before using it
We have stayed here before and don't remember this issue, but you can't be the location

Got there and the fridge didn't work but when got back they either fixed or replaced it. A lot of rust in the bathroom. My fault for not see that the bar and restaurant is not open on Sunday. So had to ride for a nice dinner. The one place that was open had a 45 minute wait. I can stand that long. Payed extra for the lake view witch was beautiful in the morning. Got a call when we were at a winery about 4:00 to say we had to leave they have no hot water. Choice was the Hampton next door or drive to Waterloo for the same price of what I was being charged. Went next door and had a room with a view of a furniture store and had Chinese takeout because they delivered and where open. The hotels attitude was oh well
