Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. After complaining to front desk nothing was done. Also, the room was not cleaned even though I was out from 8am to 4pm.
Second floor room facing highway - it felt like the window was not there. Constant noise from the highway.

First time staying here and loved it. Customer service was excellent, room was spotless, bed was very comfy, and even though I was next to the highway, it was quiet enough that I had no issues sleeping. Great experience and would definitely stay again and recommend!

Comfortable Stay Near Downtown Dallas
This place was a great central location in Dallas. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
The rooms were spacious, comfy, and quiet.
The place itself is in a little disrepair but not enought to spoil the stay.

酒店本身看起来很新，评价也不错，所以我们选择了这里。然而，我们办理入住并拿到房间钥匙后，一进房间就乱糟糟的。垃圾桶里堆满了垃圾，冰桶里也融化了冰块。浴室地板上散落着脏毛巾。显然客房服务人员没有通知前台。我们不得不拖着行李回到前台去拿另一间套房的钥匙！
我不推荐入住这家酒店。我们的体验从始至终都令人失望。我们比官方入住时间提前了一个小时到达，被告知需要等待，这可以理解。然而，即使在下午3点（承诺的入住时间）之后，我们的房间也还没准备好，我们不得不额外等了20分钟。
热水浴缸是我们期待的设施之一，但不幸的是，它一点也不热，根本没法用。此外，尽管客房服务部门已经通知了我们，但我们预订的其中一间房间在我们整个入住期间都没有打扫过。
没有免费饮用水，只能购买瓶装水。前台工作人员不太热情，有时甚至显得粗鲁。此外，酒店紧邻一条主干道，所以噪音一直是个问题，尤其是在晚上。
总的来说，缺乏热情好客、基本的舒适度和清洁度，让这次住宿体验非常糟糕。我不会再住在这里，也不会推荐给其他人。
大堂和走廊非常闷热。没有开空调。早餐低于平均水平。前台工作人员不知道哪里可以停车，方便残疾人士进入大楼。我们二楼的制冰机坏了。不过房间很大很漂亮，价格也很合理。
前台工作人员很棒。我不喜欢的是很多东西都坏了，先是水，然后是咖啡壶，我的克鲁格咖啡壶也坏了，没有报纸，什么信息都没有。健身房和游泳池在哪里？

晚点到，入住很方便。前台服务非常好。早餐很棒，但我们当时赶时间。我们一定会再次入住。
