I needed to cancel this reservation and orbitz did not take the time to contact the proper managers to get it approved.

Awesome stay as always, only thing maybe stock up the room with same amount of towels as guest so you dont have to ask for more

I think it’s wrong that you close your restaurant for food at 9 o’clock at night on the weekend, and then do not allow guests to bring any food in from an outside location into the public gathering areas including outside sitting areas. We attended a football game and got back to the hotel at 8:30 at night. Our family group had four rooms which could not accommodate all of us together to eat easily without risking spilling on the white bedding in the rooms. We asked the front desk if there was anywhere else we could all get together to eat since we all came from far out of town and wanted to spend time together and we’re told it was not possible. The staff were very friendly about it, but it was just disappointing that there was no alternative option.

The staff members were nice. The room we checked into had a dirty toilet. We asked the staff to clean and remedy the toilet and they handed us a plunger. We hadn’t made the mess but they asked us to fix it. We went back to the front desk and they kindly switched us to a new room which was clean and the staff did this with kindness. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean

Clean but needs a couple of standard amenities
It just needs to make sure that basic amenities are placed properly. Otherwise, stay was fine. Price could be more competitive. No free breakfast.
