Easy parking, next to a garage with a shop. Beckington and Rode villages are very pretty. Very secure entrance, the front door is locked at 10pm, but easy access. The room was clean and tidy, beds very comfortable. We were staying for one night to visit family, we booked a family room for £59, much cheaper than anywhere else locally.

Motel style Travelodge. Unmanned check-in but quick phone call and reception clerk was there within a minute. Well fitted room and bathroom. All clean and tidy and room pre heated so nice and cosy when settling in. Services has a well stocked M&S Local with plenty of choice and a hot snacks counter. Two minute stroll to Starbucks open 7.30 - 7.30. Easy stopover on A36. Frome just 10 minute and well worth visit.

We stayed here as a family on a weekend away. The room was fantastic: really spacious, spotless, quiet and comfortable beds. The reception staff were so warm, welcoming and friendly. There's an M&S food at the petrol station next door which was great for snacks. Fantastic value for money! Highly recommend.

So, until this weekend we were TL virgins, always preferring premier inns, believing they were so much better, partly because they're twice the price! How wrong we were! Beckington TL is really really good! We knew there was no restaurant inside, so ate on the way and bought snacks from M&S, a few yards from the hotel, also a Starbucks in the car park! We had room 25, very big, very clean, lovely linen, fluffy towels, really nice bathroom, clean windows, blackout curtains and so quiet! Heating in the room was via storage heater. It was only 4⁰ at night, so we requested an extra duvet. Plenty of tea and coffee, very obliging with refills. Cheryl on reception was helpful, smiley, friendly, an asset to the company, we thank you. From now on, we intend to be TL converts! We stayed 2 nights, to be close to a neighbouring village.

The Travelodge at Beckington is a very comfortable, reasonably priced, clean basic hotel. Good sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Easily accessible with free parking and easy driving distance for Bath, Frome and other north Somerset attractions. The staff are polite and extremely helpful.

Very convenient location for visiting Bath and the West Country. Beckington is also worth a visit; lovely local pub and good walks. The Travelodge was clean and staff very friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and clean and good value for money. Despite its nearness to a garage (and M&S) it is quiet. There is a Starbucks on site and a lovely farm shop and cafe nearby too so good local amenities.

On our way back from Wales we wanted two nights in Somerset as a base for visiting Longleat and Bath. This was the perfect base for us. Yes it is in a service station but it really suited us well, very good value, free parking and very convenient driving distance to Bath, Frome and Longleat. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and staff were friendly and helpful.

Just got back from a weekend at Travelodge, and I had a great time! Check-in was super easy, and the staff, Alex and Casey, were really friendly and helpful. My room was clean and cozy—perfect for a chill stay. The breakfast box wasn’t great, but the vending machine was definitely the MVP! For the price, you really can’t beat it, especially with the awesome service. I’d totally recommend Travelodge if you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot. Can’t wait to come back!
