The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate, but unfortunately, they could not improve the bottom line conditions of the hotel. Hotel is in definite need of improvements. The room have not been cleaned well and we would not stay there again.

Very noisy 1st night, with kids yelling and running in the halls, parents loudly yelling after them, for hours. We finally contacted the front desk staff who resolved the issue. Staff very friendly and made sure all our needs were satisfied. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, but had paper matress pad and ill-fitting sheets. The hotel really needs to invest in quality bedding. Bathroom could stand an update. Continentsl breakfast was all carbs, but adequate to start us on our way.

I had to use my perfume to kill the smell

This property was a bit old and was in need of some maintenance, such as paint. Although not necessarily unclean, there was a mildewy smell in the lobby when I first walked in. Overall, the quality was very poor. The platform beds had metal sticking out that my son bumped his knee on pretty badly, the pillows were small and so old they were lumpy like they were falling apart, so needless to say my back was killing me when I woke up. The disappointment did not stop there. When we went to breakfast, the hot water for tea was lukewarm, and the batter for the waffle iron came out with a bunch of gray watery liquid that looked absolutely horrible. I tried to siphon it out of the cup as my son really wanted waffles, but it made the batter so thin it dribbled almost completely out of the iron altogether. Just gross

The property was in a very quiet section of town. Anglers restaurant was just out back of the hotel. We did not eat there as we were there for a wedding but to have a restaurant in walking distance is nice.
The property was clean and well maintained. We were in room 215. The door to our room was stuck and had to use such force to open it. Like it was painted shut. So every time we entered or left our room it would echo in the hallway from our door opening and trying to shut it quietly. The refrigerator had a pan under it, which we later found out the refrigerator would leak, hence the pan under it. You couldn't open the door to the fridge with out having to lift it above the pan. When we went to shower in the room we found there was no shower curtain which we had to go to the front desk and ask for one. There was tape covering the carpet that met the tile in our bathroom so we had to make sure not to trip on that. The ice machine did not work on the second floor, so we had to make trips to the first floor for ice.
Not sure if I would stay for a extended amount of time like we did this trip but it was quiet and affordable for the area.

It’s an older property but it’s not dilapidated! Lots of updates and very clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again

The housekeeping is in of some major improvements. The tub was nasty. I has to wash it out before i could use it. There was a smell on the 2nd floor. Towel and washclothes need to bleached. My were very discolored. Refrigerator was on a tray thst side out ever time we open it. The frezzer need go thawed oitm . Dont waste ur monry
