The hotel is very tired and in need of an upgrade. Our room was very poky and hot despite window being opened as far as possible and fan in room. Rickety chair. Hairline crack in sink. Toilet flush sometimes wouldn't work. All windows in hotel had mould along the bottom. Bedside lamps didn't work - one had no bulb (to be fair, this was remedied despite being told there was no maintenance in at weekend). Restaurant: very tatty with bits of litter on floor, even early next morning before breakfast. The food at dinner and breakfast was very good though. Windows need replacing. Pub in which the restaurant is situated very scruffy- exterior render coming off in chunks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and you have to feel sorry for them as they work for the Whitbread Company who never seem to care about upgrading the smaller hotels.

We had an excellent night at Premier Inn. Starting from a friendly receptionist on our arrival, we had a twin room, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. We went to the Oasis concert and this location was perfect for us to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Premier Inn at Altrincham, the staff are very friendly and welcoming! (they went above and beyond) The room was comfortable and very clean upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Harry

Probably the worst premier inn I’ve stayed in. Absolutely terrible, needs a complete renovation or demolition. Breakfast was terrible, sticky carpet and tables in the restaurant, smell of damp. Couldn’t wait to leave. Filthy!

来机场接人住了一晚，还算方便。但设施一般，比较老旧。
员工热情友好，地理位置优越，方便前往曼彻斯特。房间设施比较标准，但设施齐全，晚上睡得很好。早餐新鲜现做，现点现做，非常美味。我们去酒店看了足球比赛，但也喜欢步行不远就能到的当地餐厅。
不符合普瑞米尔酒店一贯的水平。整栋楼都很破旧。工作人员很友好。卧室布局很奇怪，我们房间里的厕所和床大概相距2米（门也关得有点不舒服）。决定留下来吃早餐。
酒店提供免费停车场和舒适的床。工作人员很友好。 早餐很好，但不是自助餐。房间暖气很好，但过时了，需要现代化……我们只住了一晚，但这已经足够了。也很黑而且景色也不是很好。不符合其他 Premier Inn 酒店的标准。
由于我们的航班被取消，我们偶然住在那里。经过一整天的努力，我们疲惫不堪地抵达曼彻斯特机场，Jet2 确实让我们滞留在那里，没有航班，也没有住宿，甚至还有一个人情况危急。在酒店，他们很好地接待了我们（Yvonne），并且非常友善地帮我们预订了第二天去机场的出租车。第二天早上，令人惊喜的是格蕾塔，她会说西班牙语，总是很有魅力，对我们表现出特别的尊重，并同情我们所处的复杂情况。我希望其他公司能够学习这家酒店员工出色的客户服务。顺便说一下，他们有无麸质面包，这一点值得赞赏！
