Remote control was sticky, there were clumps of hair on the floor. Dirty headboards and floor base boards. The entire room was dusty and dirty. Lots of noise from the thin walls.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Ive been staying here over 18 years now and it's always been pretty great. The rooms are getting a bit tired looking and out of date. I could have used an extra blanket.

Average room. Cushioned chair looked dirty and there were several flies in the room. Beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly and courteous.

The breakfast had a good selection and was very neat and clean. The AC and room was great. There was some baseboards pulling away from the wall but that's fixable.

Room had black hair on both beds
The bed skirts were dirty. The gal in lobby changed the sheets for us. We didnt want to sleep on dirty sheets.
Question do they change the sheets after each check out? Maybe the person needs to wear a hair net if they clean the room.

Marquee street signage not working. Couldn't find location when arrived after dark.
Floor panels warped causing tripping and squeaking. VERY annoying!
Bugs in bathroom.
Night staff very friendly.
Breakfast variety excellent.

They need to hire more help plus the bathroom shower leaked. When turned on the shower, shower head needed to be cleaned and water still ran when you took a shower out out of the faucet.
