The website says check-in is at 1. I had a 1pm appointment a I tried calling several times t ask fr an early check in, no one answered any of the times I called. I arrived at 12:45 to be told check in is at 2 but the rooms might not be ready by then. Went to my appointment came back at 2:45 rooms still weren’t ready so front desk transferred us to rooms that were “ready”. There was hair in the shower where the soap goes.and the beds weren’t very presentable. Also the pool and hot tub are not open , which was another question I wanted to ask when I called . And when I asked was told the whole thing needed to be replaced and didn’t know when that would happen.

Arriving before check-in does not guarantee that a room will be ready, especially on busy days.Our team also checked our call logs and did not see any missed calls from your number during the time you mentioned. Had we been able to speak with you, we would have gladly explained the process and assisted as best as we could.Regarding the room you were transferred to, we wish any concern—such as the shower or bedding—had been reported immediately. We would have resolved it right away or offered a different room to ensure your comfort.As for the pool and hot tub, they are currently undergoing major repairs, and our staff has been informing guests as updates become available. We understand this may be disappointing, but safety has to come first.We appreciate your feedback and would have been more than happy to address each concern during your stay if given the opportunity.

The gal at the front desk was so helpful. Nice room, clean but breakfast wasn't great.. no fruit or danish.

If your gonna advertise that you have a pool and charge $20 more than the place across the street then you should have the pool up and running OR lower your rates.

Easy off and on main highway. Very comfortable beds. There was enough to choose from in the morning for breakfast to get us on our way. Would stay again if passing through.

It was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Stuff like boogers stuck to the walls. Horrible could not wait to leave.

The room “appeared” to be clean at first glance, and after settling in I noticed food debris all over the floor. Under the tables and in between the bed and side tables. The carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom on the floor. The corners of the floor and around the baseboard was filthy with years of dirt and hair buildup. The shower and tub was super disgusting. The silicone around the tub was deteriorated and there was black scum and nastiness all over it. This just seems like basic maintenance to me, but apparently to the hotel they just don’t care. Thankfully we only had to stay there one night. I would never stay there again. On my next trip down to Texas for the stop over. I will just drive to the next town. This place is a dump.

The property needs to be remodeled. Not a lot of investment into the refresh and upkeep of the property in years.

I liked the staff and breakfast. The hotel overall is in bad shape. Security door at end of building was broken and anyone could enter building. Air conditioner was very noisy. TV channels very limited.
