This is not directed at the staff. They are good, hardworking people. The hotel room was basic, but dilapidated. Parking was fine.
Everything that was metal was rusted, e.g. the fridge hinges, the lamps, fixtures, etc. The bed was clean and good. The A/C was cold, but didn't get the moisture of of the air, likely leading to the rust, so the air was cold but moist. The door sagged badly, but amazingly didn't stick.
The two worst issues that really need to be addressed are:
1. The shower tub is a death trap. There are no grips or rails actually IN the tub. There was one outside the tub. What's worse is that there are no anti-slip protections on the tub bottom. No stickers. No mat. So it's extremely slippery. This might explain the ripped shower curtain. I suspect someone slipped and grabbed it on the way down.
2. The tub faucet came off.

Nice clean rooms. Not typical “luxury” but you can tell effort was taken to update rooms and keep them clean. Whenever we needed something staff was friendly and responsive. Overall very good rooms for price for an inexpensive weekend on the beach.

We’ve stayed once before this. The previous stay was impromptu & seemed completely different than this stay which was planned and booked months in advance.
We were put in the very back of the property, the wifi didn’t even reach out there. We received 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for a registered family of FIVE. When we asked for more towels the next morning and were told the cleaning crew would come by and leave towels. We never did get that. We went back and asked for towels and when asked for wash cloths we were told they were out.
The room itself was just not kept up with. The handle on the front door from the outside was broken/loose, the security latch on the inside was broken OFF. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off. The TV stand where the mini fridge was , had the “wood”completely scraped off. The drawers didn’t close all the way. The beds were so uncomfortable. The curtain was directly above the AC and would cover it preventing the room to cool plus had a half of a sheer curtain behind it so we couldn’t open it otherwise people from the pool could see straight in to our room.
The shower would make a high pitch noise when put warm so we had to take lukewarm showers to prevent the noise. Plus the shower faucet was not connected inside of the wall and would move side to side. The rod was missing the covers exposing the ends.
And last but not least we asked about pets and were told it was a pet friendly property but were not told about the fee until we arrived.

The Manager at night was very helpful. He gave me towels that the staff forgot to put in room. The pool was great!

It was great for the price and availability. Well located also. My only complaint is the breakfast option. They had eggs and bacon the first morning, but the second day there was no sugar free options, bread, cereal, and waffles only. I’m pregnant and have gestational diabetes so this was disappointing.
房间不干净，灯罩上有锈迹，角落里还有蟑螂和一袋垃圾。
我们被安排在一楼的一间房间，很久没用了，脏兮兮的，满是灰尘。我们在浴缸里发现了一只死蟑螂。我们立即换到了二楼一间更大、也还算干净的房间。这栋楼维护得很差，可能是常住居民。工作人员还不错，早餐也不错。如果你只是路过，安排的房间应该还算干净。
