They are thieves ! They went into the room while we weren’t there and we had a 2 night stay! I hated that because we didn’t ask for it! But the worst part was I was rushing for work and left an expensive body wash Hello toothpaste and my face cream in the bathroom I called as soon as I realized what happened and they lied and said it was only a little bit left in there so they threw them away! That was a lie almost everything was brand new! Only used for less than a week!

It was cheap. You get what you pay for. Room was clean but bed not comfortable as it sunk in middle. The bathroom was not up to a standard clean. We just require better than this offering. Breakfast was standard and was fine. The front desk folks were very pleasant.

We were there this past summer with 3 different groups. Andy, the manager, and the whole staff are a pleasure to work with. They made sure our rooms were grouped together (not be taken for granted) and were so helpful in making sure our staff/campers felt at home while there. It's our second straight season visiting and we look forward to returning in the future.

We were worried when we saw the reception desk enclosed by unpainted lumber and big sheets of bolted down plexiglass. Not a good sign. However it was late and we were tired. Our king room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But... we could hear every step and stomp from the people on the floor above until they finally went to bed. We could also hear people in the hall and in the room beside us quite well. I eventually pounded on one wall and our neighbors quieted down. Clearly there is not much soundproofing in this place. Breakfast was okay. The usual waffles and muffins, along with some cheap cereals and fruit punch in the juice dispenser. I have stayed in Sleep Inns for many years and this was a low point for the chain. Two stars is all it deserves.

It's close to highways and room was clean. That's the only good points. To use their own rack card: Heated pool. NO. "Deluxe breakfast." NO. Waffles to make yourself, OK, but breakfast sandwiches to microwave, muffins, yogurt and cereal. That's it. Oh and they ran out of food (the sandwiches) during breakfast and their regular coffee machine was out of order. They also sell sodas and snacks at the front desk - that's because the vending machine on at least the fourth floor isn't there. And forget about the coffee being available all the time because there isn't any. Definitely not worth the $$$ paid for a room - this is more like a $50 room. Won't be back.

So, first impression was not as good as the stay. You drive into the property and the first things you see is an abandoned boarded up building right near the front entrance. That made me feel uneasy about staying there along with the covid precautions of 2 by 4's thrown up around the front desk (unpainted) that made it look like one of those places that put tape on windows in the middle of the bronx. After that, one person was coming down to the front desk to complain about their room and the front desk gladly gave them another room. We went up the rooms we saved for a couple days, and one had the air conditioning turned up full blast, but the other room was completely fine. The pool on the other hand was very noisy. We were on the second floor and every night until 9pm when the pool closes you could hear all the children from downstairs screaming right from the room. After that excitement had calmed down then we had a wonderful quiet night's sleep. The breakfast was less than desired. Breakfast sandwiches that you heat up yourselves along with a waffle machine. There was also yogurt, rice krispies, fruit loops, and blueberry muffins. The front desk person was trying his best to keep up with refilling all the breakfast foods and running the front desk. Due that he was covering both areas, the waffle mix dispenser was a total mess, and the breakfast choices weren't refilled in a timely manner. I really felt bad for the front desk person handling two jobs which should have been handled by two individuals. If you have picky eaters the breakfast choices may be a challenge. Overall, it was a good trip. Everything was clean and kept up.

My wife and I are in our 60s and the day we were leaving for this hotel (600 miles away) a tooth broke and needed emergency work. After treatment it was so late we would never make it, so I called and told them. Even though we had a medical emergency and proof, they still billed us for the room. We were previously repeat customers but this will be our last time with this hotel, this chain, and *******..

Stayed two nights for a Hersheypark vacation. Every place nearby was booked solid around Harrisburg but found this hotel for under $100 for two nights was a great value comparatively. The hotel is right off route 322 with lots of retail across the highway (Target, Chilis, PetCo to name a few). Just about 15-18 minutes to Hersheypark by car. There is a Rodeway Inn connected to the same parking lot that's being torn down? At least it's what it appears to be anyway, the mattresses and room furniture are all piled up in the driveway next to the building being demolished. Yet all the lights in the remaining building were on, you could even connect to their wifi still lol. We stayed in a one king suite with pull out sofa. The ceilings of the room must have been 12 feet tall I'm not sure if that's a fourth floor thing though. The indoor pool looked nice, didn't use it. The fitness room had a sign that said it was closed. The breakfast won't win any prizes, no hot foods other than waffles. Breakfast sandwiches you can nuke along with yogurt, cereal and some muffins. The one elevator setup was rough trying to get out and or in at almost any hour. Overall it's a clean place for such a value. Will probably look for a place with better breakfast options next time.

It was just gross. Booked online with *******, had decent review. The room was stinky, the carpet was so bad we kept our shoes on. The bathroom was full of mold… you could smell the mold. Front desk staff on check out was unfriendly. Cleaning crew were loud.
