Clean room, friendly and professional staff, breakfast had good hot options, and although I don’t bring any pets, I do like the fact that it is pet friendly.

Could not stay there!! I ordered a non-smoking room and the only room they said was available when I arrived at nearly midnight was a smoking room!! They insisted on the fact that’s what I booked but would not give me a refund because I booked through *******. I had driven 4.5 hours with a 1.5 year old only to have to leave to find another hotel. Besides the lights wouldn’t come on in the room either. Terrible service. Will never book a quality inn again.

IT Wasn't The Best Are pleasant Stay
The Room Could Of Been A Little Cleaner And Cleaner Towels some of the towels were left in the room had hair on them and the floor needed to be cleaned bathrooms tub mats needed to be clean they had hair on them and the bathroom floor had hair it was model around the basement of the tub and the running water smelled like chlorine and taste like it as well from the swimming pool and you can smell how strong it was and the ice machine had roaches where the ice come from and the people was on the top floor was making a lot of noise to where you couldn't sleep or watch tv and knocking the doors against the wall the icebox wasn't cool enough and the plugs on the lamps wouldn't charge the phones all the way so I had to put in the wall

The rooms was not so clean I went out and got cleaning supplies! The workers act like they couldn’t give us more towels the towels was not so clean .i had to leave back out and go buy towels. Those rooms need a deep clean
The microwave was filthy and rusted and the inside of it.
The app said check out time is 12 pm house cleaning comes knock on the door and tell us we was supposed to be out at 11am . I least my phone in he room i call to let them know I’m trying my phone they tell me it’s not there . When I’m looking at the location. Manager hangs up in my face twice . I’m two lhours awufrom there to go back in get my phone i see location moving then maybe 20 mins later I don’t see location anymore so I know the workers got my phone and erase it .

There were fleas in my non-pet room and the room was disgusting. Looked like nobody cleaned it from the time before.

The gentleman working the front desk was very nice. When I first got my key and went to the room number I was given, they key didn't work, turns out someone was in the room already! I went back to the front desk guy, he was very apologetic and gave me a new room and key. I was a little disappointed it was a smoking room (as I don't smoke) but i was just glad no one was in the room :)

Very upset with check-in after booking
********** didn’t send my reservation to the hotel even tho I booked 2 days before my check in when I arrived to the hotel they didn’t have a reservation for me,it took me over a hour with no other guess in line for me to get on the phone with hotels dot com to fix the situation. Totally inconvenience
