First room offered was trashed. Second room was clean but no kleenex. Asked front desk for some, she replied "No. Use toilet paper." Asked about jacuzzi. Was told that it's been broke down for months. No access to pool either. LOTS of other clientele looked to be homeless. Was frankly worried about security. This property is very run down.

I was given a durty room had to go back downstairs and request another room. Was just told sorry my house keeper didn't show up.
Then my second toom has no teash can i the bathroom and the frig had water all over on the inside. The man at the front dwsk was very rude. Not ti included that the constant fan didn't work and i had to listen to the person in the next room snore and pee. An awful stay

有儿童泳池！有早餐！还有自动贩卖机，这是卡农市唯一一家有这三样的酒店！
Trip.com说他们会收我52美元，但实际上他们从我卡里扣了72美元。他们多收了我的钱，我不知道该怎么把多付的20美元要回来。

房间一般般但住得下。
房间很大，停车也挺好。
窗户和地毯都很脏。没有饮用水，汽水机也坏了！枕头非常糟糕，床也很硬。被子旧旧的！整栋楼闻起来有股旧旧的霉味。
泳池水很凉，热水浴缸也很脏！房间地板也不干净！
窗户开在小巷里。冰箱很吵
