The staff is exceptional, but the condition of the hotel is awful. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Restrooms off the lobby had broken locks, toilet lids do not fit the toilets, guest rooms are dilapidated.

The room was damp , tub not clean, previous guest hair accessory under bed… hit the overall damp / humid feeling of the room even with air conditioner running was the worst

Short stay, great hotel!
The front desk rep Joel was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and we loved the variety of pillows! Breakfast was great and the attendant was hard at work every time we had breakfast. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be that was our only "issue".

Our room was extremely dirty. It may be because the cleaning staff had limited access due to the elevator not working! However, our toilet barely flushed and the tub took forever to drain! The entire hotel (aside from the breakfast area) was old, dirty, outdated, and needs MAJOR attention!!
There were rocks on our bathroom counter, the entire bathroom smelled like mildew, and there was no hand soap. The AC did not keep the our room cool, which was disappointing since we were there during the hot summer. I picked this hotel due to the positive reviews. It was not at all what I was expecting. The only positives things I can say are that the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. I will not stay here again

Very comfortable bed! The tub had hair in it and needs to be replace. Good breakfast though!

My room was on the first floor and once I left the lobby to walk to my room the carpet was horrible, filthy, very nasty appears that it has not been cleaned in over a year. My room I liked but no laundry bag and when shower floors become very wet from shower mist. I was not happy with my stay was praying no bugs were in the bed and thankful that I only had one night
