Door in bathroom and outside door has been damaged by dogs. There's suspicious stains on the bathroom wall. Also stains on the mattress and pillow case. The beds were comfortable, although one bed did not have a blanket on it. And only one cup for our drinks.

Room was dirty. Dirty walls and dirty bathtub. Towels were not completely dry. No one came by to clean room after first day. No one brought extra towels or anything. Called the front office several times and no one answered. There was no room phone. Batteries in remote control were dead.

The property was old and rundown. After we checked in and they gave us our keys, our door would not open. The woman at the desk told us the battery was going dead on our door lock and she said she would have it replaced. She never did and when we came back that evening at 10:45, our door would not open. She told us she would open the door and let us in, but basically then we would be locked in our room And if we came out, we would get locked out. So that to me was unacceptable and we had to have the manager come at 11 o’clock at night and come in our room and completely change out the lock. It just was a total disaster and not what you wanna do after a long day outside. I would never come to this property again. Horrible experience.

The staff was friendly, but it was not enough to get tho space more than one star. The room was WAY past needing a renovation. Plus, the room was dirty. They "cleaned" the room while I was out for the day. Cleaning consisted of making up my bed and taking the towels I used that morning. They didn't replace them, mind you. They did not put the toilet paper on the empty roller & the dead cricket in front of the a/c unit was still there AFTER they had "cleaned." It is abundantly clear the owner does not care at all about doing even the bare minimum.

The first ‘non-smoking’ room they put us in smelled like someone had chain smoked in there for a year! The next room had mold growing in the shower/sink area because they used click together plank flooring in a wet area.

Had a stranger unlock my room in middle of the night. Very disturbing. Staff was indifferent when they were told about it.

Needs renovation but clean and way cheaper than Oxford to watch Ole Miss.
