The parking area behind the hotel felt very unsafe. There were several men in the parking lot playing music and bbq’ing. It was clear the room had not had a good cleaning in months

The dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Nasty. Didn't want to walk barefooted around the room. It is completely outdated. Rusty fridge. Rusty lamps. The bathroom was nasty. I mean nasty. Mold. Hair. Dirt. Dirt on walla. Jaut a nasty hotel. You also dont feel safe. Spend the extra money.and stay somewhere else.

Roaches in our room, floor was stick and nasty to walk on. People in next room we drinking and hollering all night. We call front desk to inform of noise. They did come talk to the individuals, but it continued. We dis not get a goos night sleep Friday to bugs and instead of staying Saturday we felt unsafe ane left at 10 and drove home

Sheets/linens on bed smelled like urine. It was obvious they had not been washed. Shower curtain was torn to shreds. Floors were filthy. A lot of metal items (refrigerator, lamps) were rusted to no end. Seems like this property gets worse and worse every year. Will not be staying again and recommend to not stay here.

I didnt have high expectations, but in a small SEC town on game weekend & Parents weekend (= 2x price gouging), I still expected more than was received.

The initial entrance into the room (past 'guests sitting in hotel chairs on walkway having a Modelo or two') showed a room that was well used and worn. The TV remote didnt work. The room phone (to call about the TV) didnt work. The toilet was dirty/stained. The smoke detector was removed ~ only the base remained. Most of the furniture and fixtures have chips, wear and stains. After our one-night stay, upon departure I went to the front desk to check out and share my details... there was a sign "be back in 10 min".

For the nearly tripled room rate, I would expect a hotel to be at least clean and aware of stains, metal surface corrosion, and dust. Much less client safety.

Never again

The bathroom floor and tub was dirty. Broken furniture in the room. Burn holes in the cover. **** blunt in the bathroom in tissue holder. Breakfast was horrible nothing but muffins and toast.

The overall appearance of the facility and the staff friendliness was wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! Clean rooms and was perfect for a place to stay after a nighttime college football game. Only complaint is the bedding had some cigarette burns on it and the room had remnants of the smell of smoke. Otherwise it was just what we needed.
