I waited for about 15 minutes to be checked in, no one at the check in counter, pool was not working. Coffee not ready at 6:00 am as mentioned to us that it was going to be ready breakfast items not at all ready. Waited for coffee to be ready left before it was ready since we were told another 15 minutes.

Booked them because they advertised a pool. When we got to the hotel there was a paper note that said no pool or gym. The guy behind counter said owner hadn’t told him. When to open pool (pool had been drained of all water) bathrooms in lobby were locked. The room we booked was “out of order” so he put us in a smaller room for same price. When we got to room one tv didn’t work at all and the other turned on the cut off and wouldn’t turn on again. Sheets had holes and stains on them. We decided to eat the money for the room and stay In ozona at a much nicer hotel

Since the main photo for this property was the pool, I was disappointed to find the pool empty. No AC in the lobby or breakfast area made for warm experiences there. However, the room was clean, quiet (once the smoke alarm was replaced) and comfortable. Everything else was working and the staff shared ice with me. Also, elevator was not working - ok for me, but call ahead if you need it.
