The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was dirty. It had hair in the tub, the tub look like it wasn't cleaned the room had a smell. I left. It was a waste of money.

It’s an okay place but some things were not clean or working. I tried to leave/cancel one day early online No option. Should get a refund since it was 24hours before date to cancel

Breakfast staff was rude. I just wanted to know if the was dispenser of hot water at the coffee bar. She completely ignored me. Bathroom floor was gross and dirty. Hair in tub. Workers where out back urinating outside and smoking, driving But plus note its quiet

Room didn't have refrigerator or microwave. Tv was scratched up and remote was filthy and wouldn't cut off. Furniture was old with pieces missing on top.

Weekday morning buffet lady shouted at the waiting pre-serving crowd. Our first choice room’ s fridge was not working and had a 2” layer of wood shavings in the rear of it’s enclosure and a gap in the molding.

Room was dingy, had bugs. Beds were uncomfortable, shower head did not operate properly. Over all just a poorly maintained and kept hotel

Staff were SO kind- this has absolutely nothing to do with the service, they were all friendly and very accommodating to the best of their ability. However, unfortunately our room had been heavily smoked in, and they were unable to move us due to being sold out. My friend experiences severe migraines and has an allergy to cigarette smoke so we were unable to stay the night. The manager was not present at the time of our check out but the very kind night gentleman at the desk apologized and took our information for her to follow up with us.

Room was not clean. Trash was behind the bed and night stands. TV was not working so I could watch TV. The room was half way clean. Shower needed some more attention.
