I will remember this as one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, for the following reasons. I paid extra for a breakfast-included option for my children, but due to remodeling, the hotel did not provide breakfast at all. When I complained to the staff, they simply said they didn’t know and told me to contact ******* instead.
The heating and cooling system was also terrible. You can’t control the temperature normally — you have to manually turn it on and off, and the air blows out immediately, making the room extremely dry and noisy. The bathroom and the floor around the bed were dusty and dirty. Noise levels were also very high.
I strongly recommend staying at a branded hotel nearby even if it costs more. I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Didn't appreciate the 8am wake up from Housekeeping to confirm my check out at 11am.
I was told that if I had hung the Do Not Disturb slip on the door handle, they would know that I was checking out at 11am.
I spent 10mins discussing this with the housekeeper trying to understand the logic behind this because as I pointed out - I had only booked for the night and I was due to check out at 11am, so why wouldn't they assume that I was leaving at 11am. The conversation kept going around in circles and was frustrating because she was placing me in the wrong for not hanging the slip. I understand that if that's how they want to run their business, that's fine - but maybe make that known at check in.

I was really disappointed when the staff knocked on our door THREE times in the 45 minutes we had left. It was an invasion of privacy of the time I wanted to rest.

The ice machine was broken, and had been broken for 2 months. There was not a breakfast bar. The rear door to the facility was unsecure 24/7. The front desk staff was very courteous. If you just need a place to lay your head without any of the amenities This is the place for you. One last thing,The bathtub had peeling paint on the inside But The bathroom was clean.

I did my reservation here mainly because they advertised with swimming pool which is not in service, ice machine not working and it’s too noisy all night long and during the day too.

First the property does no look anything like the pictures you have up. The Sun signs on the building have all been painted over and it actually looks like it is not in business any more. When we pulled in we were not sure we had the right place.. When we were checking in I saw a sign that the dinning room was under renovations and I said so there is no breakfast and was told the rooms we rented didn't include breakfast. It is advertised that there is coffee in the lobby but there was none, The vending machine was out of order and we couldn't even get a bottle of water. The ice machine was broken and out of order so long people were throwing trash in the catch shoot of it. The shower curtain rod in one of the rooms was ripped out of the wall on one end. There was no safety lock on one of the room doors. The Tub in one room was pealing its inner layer. The seasonal pool was drained. The key pad on the back door was broken and the mettle on the frame was actually cut away so even if the lock was turned there was nothing to hold it in and the door opened freely allowing anyone access at any time. I saw people drive up, go in and come back out to ask me if I worked there cause they could not find anyone. Another time the person I assumed was manning the desk just sat talking with her friend rather than help a person. I felt so unsafe we left a day early

Showed up to the property to find out there would be no breakfast due to renovations or pool which were advertised in the online description. It even included pictures of both. The pool had been drained, and by the looks of it quite some time before we booked. We had a long day of hiking and were hoping to take swim after being in the hot summer heat to find an empty pool. If we were able, we would've cancelled the reservation and moved to a different hotel. This place was a total disappointment. False advertisement, don't stay here.
