Stayed for Thanksgiving, trash was always filled up outside and in hallway. Definitely enjoyed my stay in this convenient area.

Booked last minute due to storm power outage and was extremely happy! It’ll be our go to place when the next storm comes thru and leaves us without power for more then a day!

The room was not clean. There was crumbs all over the floor and hair on the bathroom floor. Visible mold in bathroom, dirty and stained comforter on bed, and a dirty lampshade. Hotel staff was non existent except for a young man who was cleaning rooms who was very helpful

I travel to Birmingham twice a month for work and this place is my go to, conveniently right off the interstate, and walkable distance to plenty of dining and stores. Great hotel as well

Locked out of my room with my articles inside the room. Waited forever for someone to unlock and the. Again to get a new room. Terrible situation after a long day and late for my dinner reservations.
