Terrible! Especially bathroom, extremely dirty, long hairs everywhere in the shower. Shower is extremely dirty, dark black stains (grease from body). Ironing board, rusty old with thick sticky residue. Iron is old, rusty and dirty! Vending machines stole my cash twice and never produced items purchased. TERRIBLE EXPRIENCE.

The room was not as clean mostly bathroom found someone reading glasses inside our blanket and ironing board was broken. breakfast was ok. outside looked unsafe but we did not walk around the area so cannot say much.

Staff was nice and helpful.
Room was less than desired. The room was dirty.. old food spots, floor not cleaned, stained towels. Broken toilet seat.
Beds were comfy. One good thing.
It was good for an overnight stay.

Shuttle was over an hour getting me from airport and I was told he was on his way when I called 5 times before they finally answered. They didn’t know that my travel mate was in the lobby already and the shuttle was NOT on the way and a number of other things were taking place…only to have the shuttle have the engine light on and tire pressure lights on.
First room we were given smelled like urine and did not have a deadlock on the door
Got a new room but there was soap scum, Mold and a lot of hair in our bathroom. Not going to name anyone because I know it is hard to get help but gosh, there should be some sort of standard set and workers should have some sort of self standard/pride at the very least,

Room- Whem I checked in on Thursday, November 20th the TV didn’t work and maintenance had to come and rig it. They said they would be back to fix it but they didnt. My room floor was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. When I lifted the toilet lid there was poop on the toilet sit and all around the inside of the toilet bowl. I called the front desk and they sent house keeping to clean it but I went downstairs to use the bathroom because it took a while for housekeeping to come. They said they would refund my $100 dollars and I still don’t have it yet in my account and it is Sunday.

The room was in excellent condition, The problem was on the very first day we stayed in our room the tv was not working i called the front desk to see if someone can help us the lady came up to the room to check it could not fix it she offered us to go to another room which i declined . she told us to talk with a person at front desk the next day which i did he said to unplug the tv which i did but the tv did not work for 4 days me and my sister was there, I was very disappointed 😔 .

这个酒店真是太差了,房门锁都破损了,感觉使劲一推就能打开,前台服务员更差劲,信用卡机器坏了要手动输入信用卡信息,他输错了号码说让我给银行打电话,真是无语,让他再试试一副不情愿的样子,然后再输一遍就通过了,酒店就在一个消防站旁边,美国的消防车出警次数特别多,窗户不隔音,半夜被和早晨都被消防车巨大的噪音打扰。给安排到电梯门口的房间,早上被电梯蜂鸣声吵醒,应该是有人长时间阻挡电梯,电梯警报声,太差劲了
