First room was terrible with dirty clothes on the floor and unswept. Fridge was full of mold and hair on the pillow cases. Next room they gave us was nearly as bad. Rooms had no heat on and were freezing when we arrived. Turned heat all the way up and never did warm up. Awful hotel.

Everything was great. Liked the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Hallway carpets need updated. Quiet atmosphere. Safe feeling in room. Stayed here before when it was Quality Inn. I’m sure Baymont will make improvements. Will stay here again.

Got to the hotel and they said that I did not have any reservations that the hotel sold and that they had no conformation of mine even after i gave them my information and conformation codes that was sent to me two days before I left then thier is no phone number to call ******* and I had no way to email or use a computer to get ahold of you so we had to use thier current rats and another form of payment it was a mess

The room was unclean. Hallway carpet was nasty and stained. Dogs roaming around the halls. The smell was terrible. Only stayed out of desperation. Never again!

The breakfast was very little not much choices were offered and everything they did have was dried out hard and limited options period

Undergoing rennovations but overlooking this, room was very worn...carpets, paint, sticky bathroom floors.

The gym was closed but I wasn't using it. The pool was outside so it was closed, they changed Linens just once a week if you ask, they don't clean or pick up your garbage

Our room had a strange smell, the toilet ran all the time, and the AC unit was incredible noisy.
