The room wasn’t in the best condition. The appliances were unplugged so we had to plug them in upon arrival, the bathroom could use an update as well.

This reservation the room was very clean except that the toilet had a ring around it. Our previous stay two weeks prior there was rust and mold at the front of the tub that water had run down creating a moldy smell.

The room had roaches, the bathroom was dirty and water damaged. The keys did not work, and found out the opener batteries needed to be replaced. The guests next door smoke pot and the smell was in the entire floor and elevators.

Staff ok. Breakfast good. Room smelled like mold radiating from the bathroom. Mold and rust from top of the tub to the floor by the tub apparently caused by water running out of the shower. Very dissatisfied.

This hotel stay was wonderful, the staff was very attentive and friendly, this was a homecoming weekend and the hotel and staff were ready. The rooms were clean and fresh. Plenty of space to relax ,. Fantastic breakfast, something for everyone. The dining room was setup very nice and inviting. We will be back . Thank you again!

Breakfast was pretty good but my wife couldn’t find anything that she liked. A/C worked good and the room was clean.

Do NOT stay here. First room smelled like mildew. Toilet would not flush, and I was given a broken plunger to fix it. When that didn’t work, J was given a second plunger. Also didn’t work. Was moved to another room that smelled like covered-up smoke (even though it was a smoke-free room). Showers in both rooms were old and stained. Buttons on the AC and heating unit in the second room didn’t work, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Breakfast was average. Coffee tasted terrible. Staff didn’t seem that interested in assisting. Stay somewhere else if you can.

breakfast was good…matress not very comfortable…fitness center not good…treadmill not working and no recumbent bike…but staff was genuinely friendly….for our purposes of coming to see FSU football game it was fine
