I was placed in room 123 the morning that I woke up there was a roach on my bed, so I was moved me to room 122 in that room, I was bit by something while I slept. I did not report it to the front desk because I just didn’t want the hassle, I just didn’t want them to think that I was making up things but, i will never stay there ever again.

I am upset. I had hip surgery and it was suggested to me get into jetted tub after physical therapy. I chose Baymount because it was close to where i go physical therapy. I have frequently this establishment several times. This time customer service was non existent. I booked a room with sofa sleeper and jetted tub . No, sofa sleeper and the jetts were dirty and one is broken so i was able to utilize the jetted tub.

Property is not located in the best area. Room claim to be renovated but everything looks old and outdated. Looks as if it was only painted.

Room was nice. jacuzzi didn’t have the stopper so i had to use my face towel. and i stayed there for 2 nights and i couldnt get new face towels

The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful, the room was very outdated and unkempt, there was a slippery substance on the floor accompanied by a bug of some sort. The breakfast option was a complete joke, and it smelled of burned oatmeal or something. Overall I would never stay there again, and neither would I recommend it!

"My stay at the Baymont Chicago/Calumet City was satisfactory. It was a comfortable experience, but nothing particularly impressive or fancy. The accommodations were decent and met my basic needs. As for breakfast, it was acceptable—neither outstanding nor disappointing, just a standard offering to start the day. Overall, it was an okay stay."

I HAD NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE MY WHOLE STAY, MY ROOM HAD NO TOILET TISSUE IN IT, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE !

I almost misjudged this place
It was very clean and smelled like good cleaning supplies. The room and bathroom was very clean also. I will definitely stay again
