Quiet, safe and easy access to I-10 or the city. Room was clean and comfortable. The pillows needed some help as they were throw pillows not bed pillows and if they are bed pillows they need to go back to the old school pillows.

Very quiet around our room on the first floor. Ice machine not operational on first floor. Breakfast quality: powdered eggs and sausage hardly edible and overall disappointing.

Desk clerk, Sharon was great.
Handled the checkin like a pro.
Only negative was the wake up call went off at 6:30 am and we didn't ask for one

Property felt safe. Room could use a little updating. But was good for the price paid for 1 night.

Staff was cool. They were always willing to hand out extra towels, plastic ware, and give dining/delivery recommendations when asked. Room service was quick to resolve minor issues and the location of the hotel made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. All in all I would stay here again in a hearbeat.

Bed was ok, had a bunch of little pillows. Shower was hard to get hot water and it was just not very user friendly.

Convenient in and out, close to shopping and restaurants and the FL Caverns.
Property could use updating but A/C worked great in 94F weather. Breakfast was good with the usual options along with scrambled eggs and sausage. Saw a cockroach by the drain near the ice machine and reported it to the desk. Would stay here again

The floor of the showers was slick and could have fallen. These were handicapp showers also.
