This was a quick overnight stay for us on the way to Orlando. The room was a nice size and clean overall. We appreciated the pull out couch with extra linens. However, the carpet is in desperate need of a deep clean. My socks were so dirty after moving about the room. Bathroom needs a ventilation fan. Beds were comfortable and there is a lot of storage/hard surfaces. We arrived around 7pm and there were several people loitering near the front entrance. Just hanging out and smoking cigarettes.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean plus quiet. There is no coffee maker, or microwave, but there is a refrigerator. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Free breakfast it not much there. Bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruit. Overall a nice stay for a good price.

It's okay for one night, I would not recommend it for multiple nights, unfortunately not the best experience. Front desk staff were never around and barely any help, our room never got checked, I ran out of toilet paper, asked for it to be replenished, housekeeping staff didn't bother
(I had to take a roll from the restrooms by the lobby since they never cared), people above me were noisy stomping and running around, bed foundation squeaked and I found it was broken, and the pool I wanted to try it out but could not dare with how dirty it was.

Overall property was really nice. Room was clean which is important to us. Some of the areas around back looked like had some trash build up but nothing that distracted from the building or the rooms.

Horrible ! My room was infested with roaches. I tried getting a refund and was only offered to be refunded the incidental. When I checked out they said I would receive an email with the information and it should give me the full refund, however I am still waiting for the email. If I don’t receive the email or the refund I will be escalating this.
